Cleaning Wet Wipes

Cleaning wipes are a kind of non-woven fabric as the carrier, ‌ the main raw materials include high quality spunlaced non-woven fabric and RO pure water, ‌ has the function of cleaning objects or skin surface wipes. ‌ it is usually added with germicidal liquid silver ion, ‌ fragrance, ‌ plant extract, ‌ skin care agent, ‌ detergent and other ingredients, ‌ is designed to provide a bacteria-killing rate of more than 90%. ‌ cleaning wipes are suitable for wiping hands, ‌ face, ‌ skin and daily utensils, ‌ because it contains no alcohol, ‌ mild nature, ‌ suitable for daily use.

Raw material

The source materials of spunlaced nonwovens include: polyester, viscose, cotton, bamboo fiber and wood pulp.

Packing

1. Plastic resealable bag: Plastic resealable bags are the most common type of packaging for wet wipes.  They are usually made of a durable and flexible plastic material.  The resealable strip on top of the bag is designed to keep the wipes fresh and moist by preventing air from entering the package and drying out the wipes.

2. Flip-top lid container: This type of packaging usually consists of a plastic container that has a secure flip-top lid or a snap-on lid that can be opened and closed easily to access the wipes.

3. Soft pack with plastic flip-top lid: The soft pack is made of a flexible plastic material that is lightweight and portable, making it perfect for on-the-go use. The plastic flip-top lid on top of the pack is designed for easy access to the wipes, and it helps to keep the wipes moist and fresh in between uses.

4. Pop-up dispenser: The packaging usually consists of a plastic container with a spring-loaded dispensing mechanism that pushes the wipes up through an opening on top.  When the user opens the lid, the wipes are ready and within easy reach.

5. Travel pack: This type of packaging is small and compact, making it easy to fit in a pocket or handbag for on-the-go use. The packaging is usually made of a lightweight and flexible material that is easy to carry around.

6. Single-use packaging: Single-use packets usually contain one pre-moistened wipe and are lightweight, compact, and easy to carry around.  

7. Refill bag: The refill bag typically contains a large number of pre-moistened wipes, and the packaging usually has a resealable opening to keep the wipes fresh and moist between uses.  

Formulations

Cleaning wet wipes are also available that use 100% natural ingredients and are alcohol-free and fragrance-free. These wipes often use natural cleaning agents such as citrus extracts or vinegar to effectively clean surfaces without using harsh chemicals. They may also contain plant-based ingredients such as aloe vera or chamomile to provide additional benefits such as soothing and moisturizing the skin.

5. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification: This certification ensures that textile products, including baby wipes, are free from harmful substances.  This certification is important for baby wipes because these are used on a delicate and sensitive area of a baby's skin.
