Body Wet Wipes

Body Wet Wipes are wipes specifically designed to cleanse and protect the skin ‌ that are designed to provide a gentle, ‌ safe and soft cleaning experience. ‌ These wipes are usually used for body cleaning in babies, ‌ but can also be used by adults. ‌ Their main ingredients include spunlaced non-wovens ‌ this material is skin friendly, ‌ can protect the body and remove bacteria and dirt. ‌ Overall, ‌ body wipes are a convenient personal care product, ‌ suitable for individuals of all ages, ‌ especially in situations where a quick cleaning or disinfection is required. ‌

Raw material

The source materials of spunlaced nonwovens include: polyester, viscose, cotton, bamboo fiber and wood pulp.

Sheet size

The size of body wet wipes may also vary depending on their specific use, depending on the brand, intended use, and customer preferences. Standard body wipes are usually 7-8 inches in size.

Packing

1. Plastic resealable bag: Plastic resealable bags are the most common type of packaging for wet wipes.  They are usually made of a durable and flexible plastic material.  The resealable strip on top of the bag is designed to keep the wipes fresh and moist by preventing air from entering the package and drying out the wipes.

2. Flip-top lid container: This type of packaging usually consists of a plastic container that has a secure flip-top lid or a snap-on lid that can be opened and closed easily to access the wipes.

3. Soft pack with plastic flip-top lid: The soft pack is made of a flexible plastic material that is lightweight and portable, making it perfect for on-the-go use. The plastic flip-top lid on top of the pack is designed for easy access to the wipes, and it helps to keep the wipes moist and fresh in between uses.

4. Pop-up dispenser: The packaging usually consists of a plastic container with a spring-loaded dispensing mechanism that pushes the wipes up through an opening on top.  When the user opens the lid, the wipes are ready and within easy reach.

5. Travel pack: This type of packaging is small and compact, making it easy to fit in a pocket or handbag for on-the-go use. The packaging is usually made of a lightweight and flexible material that is easy to carry around.

6. Single-use packaging: Single-use packets usually contain one pre-moistened wipe and are lightweight, compact, and easy to carry around.  

7. Refill bag: The refill bag typically contains a large number of pre-moistened wipes, and the packaging usually has a resealable opening to keep the wipes fresh and moist between uses.  

Formulations

Body wipes can contain a variety of formulations, depending on the brand and intended use. Some body wipes can also be used to address specific problems, such as sweating, odor, or acne.

1. FDA certificate: The FDA certificate is an important indicator that a product, such as baby wipes, has met the stringent safety standards set by the FDA and can be considered safe for use.

2. CPSIA certification: The CPSIA requires manufacturers to comply with specific safety requirements and to test their products in certified laboratories to ensure compliance with those requirements. 5. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification: This certification ensures that textile products, including baby wipes, are free from harmful substances.  This certification is important for baby wipes because these are used on a delicate and sensitive area of a baby's skin.
