Bath Wet Wipes

Bath Wet Wipes are a convenient and quick hygiene product, usually wet paper towels or cloth towels, with the function of cleaning the body. The main ingredients of shower wipes are water and detergent, but skin care ingredients and spices can also be added. ‌‌ shower wipes are convenient, clean and hygienic, suitable for a variety of occasions, with aroma and other advantages. Its portable packaging and ease of use make it an essential item for travel, outdoor or daily cleaning.

Raw material

The source materials of spunlaced nonwovens include: polyester, viscose, cotton, bamboo fiber and wood pulp.

Bath wipes come in different sizes, large size (8-12 inches), standard size (7-8 inches), Travel size (4-5 inches), The size of bath wipes may also vary depending on their specific use, such as bathing after camping or swimming.

Packing

1. Plastic resealable bag: Plastic resealable bags are the most common type of packaging for wet wipes.  They are usually made of a durable and flexible plastic material.  The resealable strip on top of the bag is designed to keep the wipes fresh and moist by preventing air from entering the package and drying out the wipes.

2. Flip-top lid container: This type of packaging usually consists of a plastic container that has a secure flip-top lid or a snap-on lid that can be opened and closed easily to access the wipes.

3. Soft pack with plastic flip-top lid: The soft pack is made of a flexible plastic material that is lightweight and portable, making it perfect for on-the-go use. The plastic flip-top lid on top of the pack is designed for easy access to the wipes, and it helps to keep the wipes moist and fresh in between uses.

4. Pop-up dispenser: The packaging usually consists of a plastic container with a spring-loaded dispensing mechanism that pushes the wipes up through an opening on top.  When the user opens the lid, the wipes are ready and within easy reach.

5. Travel pack: This type of packaging is small and compact, making it easy to fit in a pocket or handbag for on-the-go use. The packaging is usually made of a lightweight and flexible material that is easy to carry around.

6. Single-use packaging: Single-use packets usually contain one pre-moistened wipe and are lightweight, compact, and easy to carry around.  

7. Refill bag: The refill bag typically contains a large number of pre-moistened wipes, and the packaging usually has a resealable opening to keep the wipes fresh and moist between uses.  

Formulations

Bath wipes can contain a variety of formulations, depending on the brand, intended use and customer preference. Common ingredients in bath wipes include: aloe vera, vitamin E, chamomile, etc. These ingredients can be combined in different ways into various formulations to suit different skin types and concerns. Some bath wipes can also be used to address specific problems, such as sweating, odors, or skin irritation due to hard water.
