For this reason, we have prepared this factory tour to bring you an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing base in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. Qingdao is a vibrant coastal city with beautiful scenery, and our factory is located on this land, covering a vast area with modern office buildings and advanced production workshops.

Office building at a glance

First of all, let's walk into the office building of the factory. The whole office building has five floors, and each floor is unique, reflecting our high standard of design for the working environment. Entering from the door on the first floor, the first thing that catches your eyes is the front desk of the company, the simple and generous layout with the eye-catching company Logo, which makes people feel the professionalism and confidence of the brand.

Highlights of the first floor

On the left side of the front desk is our wet wipes sample room, displaying thousands of different products in a wide range. Here you can enjoy our rich product line up close and feel our diversified manufacturing strength.

Continuing forward, you will see our unique company mission wall, which records the company's development story, cultural philosophy and product categorization.

Passing through the mission wall, you come to our office area. There is a comfortable lounge area and pantry for employees to enjoy a moment of relaxation between work, as well as a modern conference room that provides a quality space for teamwork and creative discussions. The corners of each floor are also specially designed with luxurious and neat restrooms to provide more convenience for our staff.

2nd Floor Highlights

Take the elevator to the second floor where the staff restaurant is located. Spacious and bright, the restaurant is equipped with thoughtful kitchen appliances, including microwave ovens and water dispensers, to provide employees with a convenient dining experience. Whether it is heating up food or simple cooking, it can be easily realized, fully reflecting the company's care for employees' life.

Highlights of the 3rd and 4th floors

The 3rd and 4th floors are the offices and meeting rooms of various departments, which are the core areas of the company's operations. Many important business decisions are born here. Each office is equipped with advanced equipment and comfortable office furniture, creating an efficient working environment.

Walking into the production plant

After visiting the office building, we stepped into the factory's wet wipes production hall. This is the heart of the factory, with three floors. Employees entering the workshop need to go through a strict hygiene process: the entrance on the first floor is equipped with a fingerprint identification system to ensure the safety of entry and exit. After entering the gate, each employee needs to wear shoe covers, head covers and masks, and pass through the air shower room for comprehensive dust removal and sterilization, strictly guaranteeing the sterile environment of the workshop.

1st floor wet wipes workshop

After formally entering the workshop, on the left side is our factory laboratory, which is the core area for all kinds of product research and development. Next to the laboratory are the tool room, repair room, and No. 1 and No. 2 warehouses.

In the middle of the factory are neatly arranged production equipment, raw materials are processed into semi-finished products through these equipment, and then part of them are packed by workers and machines together and neatly arranged in the designated area, waiting for forklift transportation and shipment to all over the world.

On the right side is the No.3 warehouse, where the raw materials of the factory are stored.

Workshop on the 2nd floor

Another part of the raw materials will be transported to the workshop on the second floor for further processing to make wet wipes according to customers' requirements, which is equipped with the most advanced production equipment, and at the same time set up staff changing rooms, lockers, rest rooms and toilets to fully satisfy the needs of employees.

3rd Floor Workshop

The third floor is an area of even more highly sophisticated equipment for the deep processing of special wet wipes products. Here, we make full use of our technological advantages to achieve efficient and high-quality production.

Overlooking nature and future planning

Standing in the wet wipes workshop and looking out, the rolling green hills and lush greenery in the distance give you a sense of tranquility and comfort. The open space next to the workshop is the area where our new workshop will be built in the future. The new expansion plan will further enhance our production capacity and meet the needs of more customers.
