It is based on the research and development experience of other similar composite nonwovens production lines, by analyzing the production equipment and process flow of melt-blown and wood-pulp nonwovens, designed and built a continuous automatic production line for lignospinning, and produced lignospinning nonwovens. Specifically, it is based on thermoplastic polymers (such as PP, or PLA and other degradable materials) and wood pulp fiber as raw materials, using melt-blown mesh and air mesh combined technology to produce a multi-fiber blend material (or lignin spinning material).
