Car Wet Wipes

Sheet size

The most common size of car cleaning wipes is around 6 inches by 8 inches (15 cm by 20 cm) to 12 inches by 12 inches (30 cm by 30 cm).  The size of the wipes may vary depending on their intended use, brand, and type.

Packing

1. Plastic resealable bag: Plastic resealable bags are the most common type of packaging for wet wipes.  They are usually made of a durable and flexible plastic material.  The resealable strip on top of the bag is designed to keep the wipes fresh and moist by preventing air from entering the package and drying out the wipes.

2. Flip-top lid container: This type of packaging usually consists of a plastic container that has a secure flip-top lid or a snap-on lid that can be opened and closed easily to access the wipes.

3. Soft pack with plastic flip-top lid: The soft pack is made of a flexible plastic material that is lightweight and portable, making it perfect for on-the-go use. The plastic flip-top lid on top of the pack is designed for easy access to the wipes, and it helps to keep the wipes moist and fresh in between uses.

4. Pop-up dispenser: The packaging usually consists of a plastic container with a spring-loaded dispensing mechanism that pushes the wipes up through an opening on top.  When the user opens the lid, the wipes are ready and within easy reach.

5. Travel pack: This type of packaging is small and compact, making it easy to fit in a pocket or handbag for on-the-go use. The packaging is usually made of a lightweight and flexible material that is easy to carry around.

6. Single-use packaging: Single-use packets usually contain one pre-moistened wipe and are lightweight, compact, and easy to carry around.  

7. Refill bag: The refill bag typically contains a large number of pre-moistened wipes, and the packaging usually has a resealable opening to keep the wipes fresh and moist between uses.  

Formulations

Car cleaning wipes can contain a variety of formulations, depending on the brand, intended use, and customer preferences.  Here are some common ingredients found in car cleaning wipes:

Water: Water is commonly used as the main ingredient in car cleaning wipes, as it serves as a solvent to dissolve and remove dirt, grime, and other debris from car surfaces.

Surfactants: Surfactants are compounds that reduce the surface tension of water and help it to spread more evenly over surfaces.  They can be used in car cleaning wipes to help remove dirt and grease from car surfaces.

Citric acid: Citric acid is a natural cleaning agent that can help to break down stubborn stains and grime on car surfaces.

Polymers: Polymers can be added to car cleaning wipes to help protect car surfaces against UV rays and other environmental factors.
